Delinquent Account List

Delinquent Account List - provides a list of delinquent accounts and the total amount due as of the date indicated.  All outstanding Invoices issued between the From and Thru dates will be reported (see example).  Large balances can then be looked up in "A/R Account Inquiry" to see the detailed history of the account.  NOTE: the query restates the From, Thru and Minimum Balance values used in the search.

Example:
• Report requested in May (From - blank & Thru - 04/30/2003) will return all delinquent outstanding balances through the March Invoice, generated in April, but not the May Invoice.
• Report requested as (From - 03/01/2003 & Thru 04/30/2003) will return all delinquent outstanding balances from the March and April Invoices, since they fall between the dates entered. )
