Call Detail by Extension

This is the most important report for controlling telephone costs.  It gives you a list of all calls made from an extension (see image 1), and the cost of each call.  The calls can be matched to your phone bill.   When using division / department codes to group extensions the report will provide a summary by division / department (see image 2).  The final page has the report summary (see image 3).  This report is generated with page breaks after each extension, thus making it easy to print a billing report for each extension.  We recommend using the PDF option to print this report from Adobe Acrobat.  This will allow you to select specific pages, such as, all extension and summary pages for one department.
