Call Detail Inquiry - The call detail records polled and processed each night are accumulated into a historical file.
Call records are maintained within this file for a calendar year. You can inquire upon the contents of this file via the following screen.

The various 'selection' fields displayed provide you the ability to create a 'filter' through which all calls in the file must pass. Certain of the fields are presented as 'ranges' within which you can enter 'FROM' and 'THRU' values. Others are 'single valued' fields (ie: Number Dialed, Account, etc. ). Once you have entered all of the desired selection criteria, click the Search key to launch/invoke the inquiry. Depending upon the volume of call detail records and the complexity of your selection (as well as the Internet traffic conditions !), there will be a time delay before you see the results of your inquiry.
Once the program has found call records which satisfy your selection, they will be displayed below the screen. NOTE: the summary information displayed above the result table. The summary data shows how many records were searched to find the requested data and provides the total count, duration and cost of the data found.

After the initial search is completed the screen changes to add additional features. "EMAIL FORMAT" allows you to pick the report format to attach to the email. You can use Text, PDF, Word Document and Spreadsheet. In the "ADDRESS" field enter the email address for the recipient of the report. Multiple addresses can be added if seperated with a comma.

Pressing the "MORE OPTIONS" button adds three more fields. Enter your email address in the "FROM ADDRESS" field and tab to the "MESSAGES" field to enter a message. The "ADVANCED SELECTION" field is used to preform detail searches using pattern matching.

HELP SCREENS:
Move your cursor over the name of any selection (i.e. Extension, Route) and a popup window will appear giving details on the field selected.
